The Communications Committee
The Communications Committee has delegated responsibility on behalf of the Executive Committee, for the Mark Degree’s overall communication strategy. Specifically, it has the responsibility for ensuring the Committee reviews its approach to how it communicates with the Mark membership in Sussex including the website, social media and printed documents.
The Committee shall meet as and when required but no less than 4 times a year with operational responsibilities as follows:
To undertake an annual review of the Mark website and implement improvements and changes.
To agree on the Degree’s strategic approach to Social Media and implement improvements and changes.
To annually review the Province’s strategic approach to printing documents such as the Officer Handbooks and other Provincial material issued to Lodge Secretaries and the wider membership.
To raise awareness of Mark degree events amongst the membership.
To approve the Mark Degree brand and brand guidelines, advising the Executive of any changes that may be necessary.
To annually review the Mark Degree’s Key Communication Messages.
To review the impact and outcomes of conducted campaigns.
Other decisions as delegated by the Executive.
