SMBF, CIO | Relief Chest

The Masonic Charitable Foundation Relief Chest (MCF) ‘Provincial Grand Lodge of Sussex Mark Master Masons’ number MMM 2098 was opened in 2010 to enable Individuals to claim Gift Aid on any single or regular donations.

Individual Donations to the Relief Chest MMM 2098 will be allocated to the Sussex Mark Benevolent Fund, CIO (SMBF, CIO), unless the Prov.G.Char.Stwd. is informed that donations should be allocated to the Mark Benevolent Fund (MBF).

All cheques for individual donations to the Relief Chest MMM 2098 should be made payable to “The Relief Chest Scheme”

Single or Regular contributions to the relief chest can be made using the Combined Single & Regular Donations Form and Instructions for completion of the form are available in Downloads.

Online, single or regular donations to the relief chest can be made using the instructions available in Downloads.

The Relief Chest also enables the Prov.G.Char.Stwd. to use the Gift Aid Envelope (GAE) Scheme to claim Gift Aid on the majority of donations made during the Alms collections at major Mark meetings within the Province.

The GAE Scheme is open to Lodge Charity Stewards however all donations will be allocated to the Sussex Mark Benevolent Fund, CIO.

Completed forms can be posted direct to MCF (address on the form) or posted to Prov.G.Char.Stwd., W.Bro. Paul EJ Norman, 78 Annandale Ave, Bognor Regis, PO21 2EX
